Senior Marketing Manager/ Director (SAN FRANCISCO)
Qualified candidates will have the expertise to take charge of our lead generation and sales support programs. Knowledge of and experience working in financial services, and in particular, with financial advisors, is preferred. The right candidate will have a record of marketing management success in the rapidly evolving digital environment (internet, email, webinars, SEO, social media)
This is a full-time position with health insurance, retirement plans and other benefits. Several days a week in-office are required, either in San Francisco or Glendale, CA. Hours are adjustable and day travel within CA will be expected.
o Manage, improve and oversee a program of frequent call-to-action email newsletters for financial advisors
o Create new content marketing strategies to reach financial advisors and high income prospective clients
o Develop Quarterly programs to support institutional sales through broker-dealers and RIAs including marketing strategies, training implementation, and collateral.
o Oversee online advertising including Google Adwords campaigns, organic search and SEO resources.
o Manage agencies and internal resources to increase lead generation and achieve sales goals
Required Experience and Skills
o Minimum of 10 years marketing experience, financial services preferred
o Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM systems
o Ability to evaluate marketing channels and allocate budgets to improve ROI including PPC, SEO, Email, Content Marketing, Social Media and PR.
o Great communication skills — written and oral
o Creative — open to new ideas and able to generate them
o Conscientious — if you say you’ll do it, you do
o Organized — able to take an assignment and work smart to get it done
o Willingness to pitch in and do what it takes to get the job done
