(SEM) Paid Search Marketing Manager

Reports to: Director of Digital Marketing

Position Responsibilities

Perform daily account management of pay per click accounts on Google AdWords, Yahoo, Bing and other search platforms
Optimize campaign/program performance through continuous testing and monitoring
Assist in the maintenance and monitoring of keyword bids, daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score and other important account metrics
Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, and other facets of paid search in accordance with company goals
Leverage multiple SEM technologies to deliver effective digital strategies
Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels
Assist in budget management of all paid search accounts
Assist Senior Manager of Digital Marketing with marketing projects and requests on as-needed basis
Communication to team and management on project development, timelines, and results
Required Competencies/Skills

At least 1 year online marketing experience with deep understanding of the digital landscape. B2C eCommerce experience is preferred.
Strong understanding of online metrics and analytics tools such as Google Analytics. Total comprehension of traffic sources, unique visitors, user paths, funnels, and conversions
Outstanding ability to think creatively, and identify and resolve problems
Written and verbal communication skills balanced with keen understanding of analytics
Excellent organizational skills, with ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Quick learner who can grasp the core needs of a business or situation and rapidly develop measurement solutions
Strong attention to detail
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or any relevant fields
