Marketing Coordinator


• Work with management to drive the creation and execution of each project or event
• Manage and track the scheduling, design, copy-writing, proof-reading and production processes of all marketing projects
• Effectively qualify and schedule incoming prospects from multiple marketing sources
• Foster solid working relationships with all vendors/contractors, prospective clients
• Help coordinate workload, priorities and project planning
• Negotiate timelines and ensure all deadlines are maintained
• Collaborate on creative development and direction with internal clients, design and production teams, copy and letter writing
• Maintain a fluid understanding of our business, target audience(s)/market, etc.
• Coordinate with necessary external print and production vendors to get applicable materials produced when needed
• Database management
• Event management
• Social media & SEO management
• Handle changing priorities and multiple hats
• Work occasional evenings and attend events required (typically 1 evening per week)

Skills and Experience Needed:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, English or Communications
• Work experience in an office environment, event experience preferred
• Working knowledge of the Microsoft suite (required), adobe creative suite and ACT! CRM (preferred) as well as solid technology skills with multiple operating systems and devices
• Strong understanding of basic marketing campaign formation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Solid organizational, time management and problem-solving skills and the ability to work accurately and meet deadlines with frequent interruptions
• Ability to work effectively as a part of a team, with the President and lead advisors with relative autonomy with regard to project scope and specific delivery
