Hiring Digital Marketing Manager (soquel)


Our Digital Marketing Manager will effectively create, manage, execute and report the company’s Digital Marketing activities, including site, search, display, advertising and affiliates. They will be responsible for execution of approved marketing initiatives based on assigned business and marketing goals. The Digital Marketing Manager will report to the Direct of Sales and Marketing and be a driving force in the company’s online success.

Position responsibilities include but are not limited to:

– Implement a digital marketing strategy that directly supports efforts to increase sales, revenues, and profits for retail and wholesale lines of business
– Manage day to day Digital Marketing partner relationships including acting as primary contact for day-to-day activities and projects
– Plan and implement programs to drive qualified traffic and greater conversion online, and analyze performance, including but not limited to: SEO & SEM, Local Search, Mobile, Google Adwords
– Daily management of Social Media Accounts
– Content creation / coordinating with contract graphic designers and video creators
– Run frequent traffic and site conversion reports in Google Analytics; analyze data and make channel optimization recommendations.
– Daily Management of Social Media accounts
– Designing and maintaining Email Campaigns to subscribers
– Track and adhere to advertisement and campaign deadlines including print media
– Perform occasional website maintenance as needed
– Perform special projects as assigned by management


– Proven success managing marketing and social media for a growing brand
– Experience partnering with vendors, managing site messaging, search engine optimization, search engine marketing, email marketing and targeted display
– Experience with Google Analytics required
– Experience in graphic design and copywriting is a plus
