Primary responsibilities: Graphic design, video creation and editing, social media/PPC
The graphic designer should exhibit creative thinking through his/her designs, while understanding design principles and adhering to our brand standards. The designer should be able to manage graphic and video project from start to finish while having the ability to take direction. The designer should also be able to convey the practice mission and principles while creating professional looking design. The position requires an appreciation for the beauty industry and the ability to convey our brand voice to current and potential customers. The graphic designer should have the ability to raise brand awareness & engage consumers to increase sales volume using social media. Work must be creative, inspiring, timely, and aligned with business goals and strategies.
Job Responsibilities:
• Create all in house design. Including, but not limited to: brochures, infographics, posters, advertising, website marketing tiles, labels, packaging, & handouts
• Mange and prioritize multiple design projects at once with the ability to switch priorities if needed.
• Oversee and suggest changes to the company website in conjunction with our web host
• Work with the PR Director to get ideas and concepts approved in a timely fashion
• Work as part of the Public Relations Team to promote events, products, and the practice
• Work with the Public Relations team to produce email marketing and press releases
• Maintain the graphics library and take photos and videos for projects and social media
• Maintain and periodically update computer “before and after” books
• Communicate with web host and add before and after photos as they are approved by patient and managment
• Maintain and enhance our social media presence through regular scheduled and organic posts that maintain the brand voice.
Job Requirements:
• Strong understanding of branding, layout, color theory and typography in both print and digital media
• Demonstrated creative mindset with a passion about excellent and original creative execution.
• Ability to take constructive input/critique from others
• Strong design style, including creative design solutions
• High-proficiency in the use of Adobe Creative Suite and WordPress

You will perform the following tasks:
• Lead web development from start to launch
• Meetings with clients to establish project plans
• Creation of new web site designs
• Managing launch of new websites
• Management of company interns
• Manage SEO projects
• Assistance in creating Google AdWords and Facebook marketing campaigns
• Handle additional tasks as assigned

You should be able to offer:
*Very good English skills, German skills a plus but not required
* Web Design skills required (WordPress, html, css)
* Magento/Shopify/WooCommerce skills a plus
* Knowledge of how to launch WordPress site
* Knowledge of creating and moving website databases
* You must have solid web design experience (1-2 years)
* Ability to work in the USA for at least 12-18 months; start around June/July/August 2017
* Be able to obtain your own work visa if necessary (we will assist with visa but will not sponsor)
* Great organizational (time management and project management skills)
* Positive attitude


  • Oversee product assortment on marketplaces
  • Manage PPC type of campaigns (Sponsored Products etc.)
  • Marketing and PR for our various sub brands
  • Merchandise listings on markeplaces such Amazon, Wal Mart etc. to make sure they are beautiful and consistent with our brand strategy
  • Work with our photography team and organize all photos
  • Work full time out of our Brooklyn office


Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Experience writing product copy
  • Digital Marketing experience
  • PPC and / or Sponsored Products experience
  • Experience with an online marketplace (Ebay, Amazon, etc. )
  • Merchandising experience (online preferred)
  • Marketing and editorial copy writing a plus
  • Team player with positive mental attitude

  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with solid command of grammar
  • College Degree – Or work equivalent experience
  • Analytics and Sales reporting experience a plus
