Base Pay — Marketing Representative — Creative Company Culture

Work hard, play hard. . . We are seeking high energy people (or people just addicted to energy drinks) for an entry level marketing and sales position that offers a guaranteed base pay with growth potential! Candidates must enjoy working in teams, competitive environments and music.

We don’t do anything related to music, we have just found that most people that work here enjoy some good tunes.

The people we hire have (2) choices. . .
(1.) Start entry-level, develop a ton of transferable skills, work side by side w/ quality people, and the world’s leading corporations, advance to new positions, make money, and along the way figure out what you really want to be when you grow up.

(2.) Do all of the above and advance into an executive role in the company.

National and International companies outsources us to help improve their existing customer retention, new customer acquisition and increase their market share. Our niche is face to face in-store retail sales and marketing. No other form of marketing can deliver such consistent and quality results (hence our continued growth). We offer paid training and are looking for professional candidates who are team players to advance within our company.

We have recently expanded into the area and look to open up 4 more new offices in the upcoming year. We plan to expand within the next year, and will only invest our time and training resources into those who will contribute to this growth. This job involves face to face marketing of services to new business prospects. Compensation for this position is a base plus an additional bonus on a performance basis.

Entry Level Promotional Marketing Reps will work and be fully trained in the following areas:
Sales Techniques
Team Management
Campaign Management
Territory Assignments
Teaching and Development of team members

This person will take the initiative to learn the ins and outs of the firms products and marketing activities. Main duties will be coordination of large yearly event hosted by company.

Hours of operation Monday – Friday 8am-5pm

Skills Needed:
Polished communication, organization, and time management
Background and interest in event planning, logistical set up, and project management
Detail oriented with the ability to see the larger picture

Job duties Include but are not limited to:
Identify and implement strategies to meet client objectives
Manage and coordinate logistical details for large events
Project Management

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
1-2 years experience or a combination of student involvement and internships
Project management experience preferred but not required!!
